Description
HISTORY
The MacNaughton clan is believed to originate from Nechtan Mor in the 10th century, and be descendants of Nechtan, the 8th century Pictish king. The earliest record of the clan connects the family to the great Pictist rulers of Moray.
The MacNaughton Modern tartan is predominantly red with green, blue and black stripes.
